|Isn't it beautiful?|
The new Santa Fe looks great from the outside but that's just the beginning! A large touch-screen display located in the center of the dash allows easy access to climate control, the navigation system and the entertainment system.

The Hyundai Santa Fe Sport has many safety features that made me feel protected. The seven standard airbags and adjustable safety belts provided me with peace of mind as we traveled. The standard four wheel disc brakes worked incredibly well. Now the brakes in my car feel inadequate in comparison!
The LCD display allows you to easily see how many kilometers you can drive before you need to fill up again while also giving you vehicle information such as service interval warnings. The colour rear-view camera took a bit of getting used to but I loved being able to easily see exactly what was behind me. It features parking assistance lines that show you when to stop because you are going to hit the vehicle behind you - parallel parking just became so much easier!

The 2.0T is a 2.0L turbo-charged V6 engine that works with the 6 speed automatic transmission to provide a smooth, powerful ride. My usual vehicle is a compact car so I'm used to getting awesome fuel economy and the Santa Fe didn't disappoint me in this area. We used a bit more gas than we would have in my car but a lot less than if we had taken my husband's truck. The ActiveECO mode improves fuel economy by up to 7% with the push of a button so I kept this turned on the entire time we had the vehicle and never felt like I was sacrificing performance for fuel economy.
|Lots of handy features|
Comfort-wise, you couldn't ask for more than the Santa Fe provides. They've thought of everything! The climate control allows you to adjust temperature to half of a degree and set different temps for the driver and passenger. The seats are heated and cooled, providing that extra layer of comfort on both hot and cold days.
My family's favorite comfort feature was the built-in sunshades. These shades pull up from the rear doors and cover the entire window to provide relief when the sun is too bright or hot. The kids could not get enough of these!
For me driving and music go hand in hand so I loved that the Santa Fe had a USB port that allowed me to plug in my iPod and go. There are also numerous 12V outlets and an auxiliary outlet so the kids can play their handheld games or bring along a portable DVD player to pass the time during long drives. The stereo has a nice clear sound and features a CD player, am/fm radio and satellite radio was also available. There are stereo controls on the steering wheel which is super convenient.
Overall, we loved the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T! It offers well thought out features and great fuel economy while never compromising on power and performance. While we had it, I found myself making up excuses to go for a drive. I had never considered anything larger than a car before for my everyday vehicle but now the Hyundai Santa Fe seems like a perfect fit!
